WHY INFORMATION IS NOT A FACTOR OF PRODUCTION?

Summary  According to the theory of production factors, these factors are labor, land, capital and entrepreneurial ability with each of them corresponding to an appropriate factor payment:  wages, rental income, interest income and profits. Fifth factor of production is government’s economic ability. Its corresponding factor payments are indirect business taxes. Many publications suggest considering information or information technology as a factor of production. The authors, as a rule, studied the salient characteristics of information, its special nature and its impact on production. At the same time, unfortunately, they forget about the most important aspect of the theory of production factors according to which any production factor has to have a theoretically proven appropriate factor payment. It is very important to always remember that according to the theory of production factors, each of the factors has its own specific factor payment. The problem cannot be

Knowledge Economy, Innovative entrepreneurial policy and culture: Systemic view

Annotation The modern globalization is characterized by a number of specific peculiarities of post-industry development, among which, in our view, the formation of knowledge economy is important. It should be noted that in the process of forming the knowledge economy, the innovative aspect of entrepreneurial activities is of a particular importance in the context of all business entities. The effectiveness of the overall innovative process depends on the efficient functioning of knowledge-based entrepreneurship, which in its own turn contributes to the development and implementation of innovative entrepreneurial policies by the state. NEW INDUSTRIALIZATION AS A RESPONSE TO THE CHALLENGES OF UKRAINIAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION

In the context of globalization, the economy of each country is open. The openness of the economy is its ability to self-preservation and development in cooperation with the economies of other countries. Openness of the national economy to the outside world has positive effects - growth of production beyond domestic needs, increase in foreign exchange earnings, increase in the level of competition between domestic producers and foreigners, strengthening of trust between countries and the like. At the same time, openness of the national economy is fraught with threats associated with the fact that in the period of the falling demand in the world for this or that product, there is a reduction in national exports. In addition, significant risks arise in connection with reduction of foreign exchange reserves and growth of external (state and corporate) debt, undermining price and exchange rate stability. This is especially true of small open economies, including the Ukraine. In Ukraine

Diversity of opinions on the nature of this phenomenon complicates the methodology of its measuring. BASIC PRINCIPLES OF SOCIAL-ORIENTED OF THE ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Annotation. The third millennium from the Nativity of Christ - of the New Era - the overwhelming majority of mankind from East to West met with hope for better changes in the life of society, realizing that all deception, wickedness cannot be eternal. What was artificially implanted in people, especially in the last two centuries, that money can do everything, has turned into a total collapse. That is, money does not rule the world, as some would like it to be, but its Creator who cares about His creation, providing it with all the necessary spiritual and material benefits both in this world and in eternity. But, when a person puts hope on himself (on his mind, wisdom, strength, image, power, money), he departs from the loving Father and is ruled by evil, which brings human civilization to self-destruction. Thus, the beginning of salvation from evil, crises and bankruptcy through the spiritual and moral revival of mankind is complete social responsibility to People and God, which

OPTIMIZATION OF TAX CARGO TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE SCALE EFFECTS AND DELAY

Summary  In the paper it is justified that the traditional curve depicting the Lafer law and the corresponding square parabola function can not fully reflect actual fiscal processes. Because of the change in tax rates is characterized by delayed effects, budget tax revenue will rise not at the initial moment, but gradually, and when it comes to 100%, it will also decrease at a slow pace. This attitude is described by different functions in accordance with the scale effect. The function and curve depicting the analytical dependence varies substantially in terms of partial optimization of taxes when it has both maximums and minimum points. Without taking into consideration this factor, is explained the fact that tax reforms based on the Lafer Law can not provide the desired

THE MODERN GENESIS OF THE CRYPTOCURRENCIES

Summary  In the section we are talking only about this aspect of experience, like the creation of alternative money. Today, more and more often we hear such new words as "crypto-currency", "digital money", "virtual currency", "electronic money", "bitcoins", "electronic wallets", "block money", "alternative money", " Network money ", etc. A few years ago a very narrow circle of people used such a lexicon - mathematicians, programmers, specialists in payment and communication systems, cryptographers from banks and special services. New crypto-tools are called "currency", "money". However, this is an obvious exaggeration. The main function of any money is a "measure of value," with the help of money, prices for goods, services, assets, labor, etc. are determined. Even modern official currencies do not perform this function well, because the world has a paper-money standard, and currency rates "walk". Similarly, it is doubtful that the crypto-currency would perform such a monetary

THE IMPORTANCE OF CREATIVE MANAGEMENT IN MODERN GOVERNANCE ACTIVITY

Summary  Economic Science calls on the use of creative management elements, which implies the introduction of non-traditional methods and tools in the management process. Management in general sense - is the activity of human consciousness to achieve the goals set for joint labor organizations.  It is important to understand that management is an instrument for achieving objectives by using other people's labor, intellectual and behavioral abilities.  Creative management, as the type of management as well as the type of  scientifically proven management instrument, is used  as a tool for strategic development purposes in continuing emergency and crisis situations; Especially in the situations when it is necessary to save  or advance existing potential or find new ways for achieving competitiveness of the enterprise on the market segment. Evaluation of the impact of cycles on the sustainability of economic development by using the Domar model

Summary The problem is economical, as it is reflected in the whole picture, which is one of the key economic spheres. The economic relationship is a strong link with the GDP and good quality of the GDP, as well as the factors that drive its production. Economic policy, given by economic growth, determines the cyclical development of each country, creating conditions for stabilization, stagnation and economic growth. The economic rarity is usually judged by the yearly rate of interest that is quoted in interest rates on interest rates. The key economic benefits of macroeconomic benefits for GDPs or national income, as well as domestic demand, are reflected in the rapidly growing rates for domestic producers of goods and services. SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE BUSINESS PROBLEMS AND THE WAYS TO SOLVE THEM IN GEORGIA

Summary  Small entrepreneurship, with its socio-economic functions, became an independent form of business in the national legislation of the absolute majority of industrialized countries. The dynamics of small enterprises' development depends largely on the state (as its various government structures) and the nature of small business interaction The government should make some changes in the existing policies of small businesses, and this attitude should include gradual, accelerated implementation of small business support through gradual changes. Small business promotion policy should be based on the specificity of each stage of economic development, based on the socio-economic situation created in the country. The good will of the state would be to adopt a new law on "Small Business", which will determine the real status of small business and regulate all legal issues. A new legislative base would be desirable to develop a strategy for promoting the country's small business

INNOVATION MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES IN THE SERVICE FIELD

Summary Successful companies are able to constantly innovate in the long-term period and they can offer a different kind of novelties to consumers. Competition makes it mandatory for any company management to create a system that is constantly capable of offering customers something new, other wise, they will fail in competition. Innovation management is a difficult and complex process. At first, management needs to establish on how to develop right innovative strategies, and then to implement it well. Due to the fact that, the main purpose of the commercial organization is to earn profit, during innovation management company management should focus on two milestones: How to increase revenue How to decrease expenses Accordingly, company management should create such an innovation management system, where in both directions will be the emphasis. THE NEWEST “CIVILIZED” OR DEPOPULATED TYPE OF POPULATION REPRODUCTION!?

Since the end of 20th century many demographers noted the formation of the newest type of population reproduction, during which mortality exceeds childbirth and instead of natural growth of population the contrary, namely, its loss is apparent, and the natural depopulation takes place. In this regard, the modern demographic development of the world is characterizes by diversity and if in some developed countries the modern type of population reproduction is replaced by the newest type, in others it is in the last phase, and still in some other countries the second phase of the modern type of population reproduction is noticed. Therefore, the era of quasi-equilibrium on the upper levels of childbirth and mortality is replaced by the new era of equilibrium on the lower levels of the same.
