During the pandemic period, according to the indicators listed above, the results of the business sector, especially medium and small businesses, are highlighted during the strict conditions of the pandemic regulation. Small businesses in particular have been shown to suffer under strict pandemic control measures.  The opinion is expressed that in managing the pandemic, strict restrictions should not be introduced on micro, small and medium businesses. In addition to health and social service activities, the medical sector should be substantially strengthened, and health management and regulation from a legal, administrative and economic point of view should be improved and strengthened. This sphere of economic activity should function on the "just in time" principle. The reduction of the negative consequences caused by the pandemic will be helped by regulating not only the economy as a whole, but also the activities of healthcare and social services in particular.
