Summary

The article discusses the problems of the turbulent state of the world economy with an emphasis on the consideration of the processes of turbulence in the economy of the post-Soviet countries, the forms of robbery of the post-Soviet countries, the possibility of a positive role of Russian oligarchs in ensuring the progressive development of the economy of the post-Soviet states, the situation in Georgia as a small country in the conditions of the turbulent state of the world economy and ways to solve the economic problems of Georgia in modern conditions.
