∘ Khatuna Berishvili ∘ THE INFLUENCE OF ETHICAL STANDARDS ON MORAL RELATIVISM Summary The activities of managers in the field of international business ethics involve ethical challenges that are complex and multifaceted. The different legal, political, economic and cultural conditions of countries create new challenges for international managers who try to integrate the ethical dimension into their strategic decision-making processes, taking into account the specifics of different countries. Universal moral principles must be subject to different cultural contexts. Hence, ethical behavior varies across cultural contexts, even though there may be fundamental universal ethical principles. The study of ethical problems of international business shows the problems we face in this field and the solution of which is important for the sustainable development of both business and society as a whole. |
