THE ROLE OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE ORGANIZATION

Summary 

Modern global challenges dictate the need to develop new management approaches. Today, companies compete not only with goods and services, but also with knowledge and the ability to use it effectively. The success of modern business increasingly depends on the success of the processes of knowledge accumulation and application. Recently, much attention has been paid to knowledge management. The article discusses the essence of "knowledge management" and its role in the overall strategy of the organization. The purpose and tasks of its implementation in the activities of the organization are emphasized. A number of measures are proposed for the successful implementation of knowledge management in innovative activities of the organization. Knowledge is seen as an intangible asset of a company that provides a sustainable competitive advantage.
