Summary

Globalization trends and society's demands caused radical changes in the political, socio-economic and innovative-technological development of countries, which, in turn, determined the formation of the state policy for the coordinated and effective functioning of the sustainable development of entrepreneurial societies.

The paper reflects the opinions on the rational resolution and strategic management of the problems of the development of the economy of Georgia in order to ensure sustainable competitiveness; The priorities of substantial improvement of the level of economic sustainability of the country, development of intellectual capital and increase of resource efficiency have been marked; Also, the forecast of the global economic growth of Georgia, the strategic directions of the process of coordinating the development trends of the workforce market and the higher education system, which provide the contours of the country's new global economic reality.
