PROBLEMS OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMY FORMATION AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL

Summary

Innovative activity is a priority direction of the countrys development, the successful implementation of which should ensure overcoming economic backwardness and filling the market with various types of competitive products of own production.

The experience of economic and developed countries shows that the winning enterprise or firm in the competitive battle is the one that builds its activities primarily on the basis of innovative policies. The innovative activity in Georgia's economy is currently at a very low level, Georgia was unprepared to work in the new conditions of the innovation field, because there was no proper experience and appropriate structures for the activity.

At the national level, in the formation of the innovative economy in the old sakthveli, irrigation took a large place, both in the bar and in the mountains. A very special type of irrigation took place in Zemo Svaneti as well. From an innovative point of view, more attention should be paid to the restoration and study and implementation of the mentioned systems in the future.
