LABOR SECURITY ECONOMIC POLICY TRENDS IN GEORGIA

Summary

The paper discusses the challenges in the field of labor safety in Georgia, the trends of the economic policy of labor safety. It is noted that it is very important to ensure safe working conditions in the workplace. Both employees and employers should pay close attention to this direction. The Department of Inspection of Working Conditions, due to the importance of its generally accepted functions and the nature of the tasks assigned to it, plays an important role in ensuring compliance with labor rights and other issues related to labor legislation.

The aim of the study is to evaluate the state occupational safety policy in Georgia and to look for ways for its effective implementation.

Based on the identified challenges in the field of occupational safety and foreign experience, recommendations for the implementation of economic policy measures to promote occupational safety were developed.
