Summary

In today's reality, with increasing market volatility, cybersecurity threats, and financial risks, risk management is entering a transformative phase. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is creating a new paradigm that replaces or complements traditional risk management approaches.

The paper examines how companies, particularly in the financial and technology sectors, are using artificial intelligence to identify, analyze, predict, and manage risks. It focuses on technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and explainable AI. It also examines the challenges that come with integrating AI into risk management processes, including ethical issues and data privacy. Finally, recommendations and strategic directions for the effective implementation of AI-based risk management are presented.
